What do I do if I would like to cancel my order?
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Pushka Boutique, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You must inform Pushka Boutique, via email or in writing within 14 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are ‘Awaiting Dispatch’ it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us at the address below.

How do I get a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels & tags within 7 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Pushka Boutique is not liable for the cost of returning items.
If a free delivery offer is taken please note if item is returned the cost of the postage will be deducted from your refund. All our items come with a red tag attached which clearly states DO NOT REMOVE unless completely satisfied as refund will not be issued if the tag has been removed or come off in any way.
What happens if the item/items I receive are faulty?
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care ON 01243 782888 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please enclose your receipt with the item and return to: Pushka Boutique, 5 Cathedral Courtyard, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1EU.
What if I don’t receive my order?
In the unlikely event your order doesn’t arrive, please get in touch asap call customer care on 01243 782888 and we will investigate. All items sent are covered by Royal Mail Insurance.
What if I receive an incorrect item?
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. *Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation
