2nd Class Recorded delivery - 2-5 days £3.70

Guaranteed Next Day - Before 1pm next day delivery £8.25  (orders placed before 3pm)

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery – Delivered before 1pm £11

European delivery 2nd class - 5-10 days £13.50

European delivery 1st class – 2 to 5 working days £18.50

We currently deliver to the UK, Republic of Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Greece, Italy, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

All items are sent via Royal Mail. You can check with Royal Mail for more in depth terms and conditions.

Parcels sent via Royal Mail require a signature and have track and trace facilities, if you wish to have your tracking number supplied then let us know via email.

If an item is out of stock or delivery will be any longer you shall be notified.

For any made to order garments or items ordered in from the US please contact us for an estimated delivery time or call us on 01243 782 888. Made to order styles and any ordered in styles are non refundable. Only styles and sizes in stock are returnable.

International Customers

International orders may incur customs duties and taxes on the items ordered. We are not responsible for these charges they are local charges and the responsibility of the customer. If you should reject a delivery because of these charges, we shall deduct the cost of returning the item back to us from your refund. If the return cost is greater than the cost of the item we will authorise for the item to be disposed of and no refund given.

What if I need to return an item?

We cannot imagine that you would want to return any goods after all the compliments you’ll receive whilst wearing your purchase from Pushka! In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return them within 10 days of dispatch. We offer this service as a good will gesture and do not by law have to do so. This is also only offered on styles that are in stock at the time of ordering. If we specifically order a style in or have one made to measure these items are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights. The items need to be returned, within 10 days of dispatch, in their original condition with any enclosed documentation, and with any tags or labels still attached.

When you receive your items, until you decide to keep them you have a duty of care for that garment. So please note the following:

  • All garments will be sent out with a red security label, if you wish to return the item this label must still be attached.
  • When trying on items, please ensure that you have not been smoking or wearing perfume/deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item.
  • Be careful not to get any make up or fake tan on the garment. If this is a concern when trying something on then try it over a tee shirt. We will be unable to refund any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, and all items would have been thoroughly checked before being sent out to you.
  • Zips will also be thoroughly checked before the garment leaves us. If there is a problem you must notify us before removing the red security label.
  • If there is any mark that we are aware of before the garment has been sent out we shall give you the option to return it free of charge or purchase it at a discounted price.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM OUTSIDE OF THE 10 DAYS WE CAN NOT REFUND YOU FOR THE RETURNED ITEM! Nor are we able to send it back to you. So please look closely at the dispatch date before returning your item ... we don't want to disappoint you!

Can I return jewellery?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. The standard returns policy applies for all other jewellery unless otherwise stated.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund:

Please allow at least 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. It may take up to 30 days although we aim to process them as soon as possible.

Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation email was sent).

After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5 working days for this to reflect on your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

What amount will i be refunded?

Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly. FOR ALL ORDERS THAT QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY, THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED. £4 per item shall be deducted from the order total and in some cases this is generous as delivery charges can cost us much more. The cost and care of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, therefore we recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery.

PUSHKA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST BY THE DELIVERY SERVICES IN THE RETURN PROCESS, so we do strongly recommend recorded delivery, insuring your parcel, and keeping a copy of your recorded delivery number in case your parcel does go missing so we can aid you in finding your return. If an item is cancelled before dispatch has been made then the delivery charge will also be refunded.

How do i return an item?

Items may be returned by hand to the shop or by post to the following address by following the instructions below:

State your reason for return on your Despatch Note. Enclose this with your goods in a securely wrapped parcel, and place a returns address label on the parcel. The return address is:

Please note that items purchased on line can not be refunded at the shop address, this process can only be done on line, with the same card on which you made the original purchase. Post the item, making sure that you keep your proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your refund. Please note that Pushka do not offer pre-paid postal returns.

What if i received a faulty item?

Occasionally a faulty item may slip through the net. If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, ensuring the red security label is still attached, if this is removed we cannot accept any returns. Let us know whether you require a refund or a replacement and we shall then advise on how to proceed with the return.

In this unlikely event, you should first contact us via email quoting your order number and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

What if i think you have refunded me the wrong amount?

Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact us quoting your order number and the required refund amount.

What if part of my order is missing?

In this unlikely event that you have received your order and an item is missing please contact us quoting your order number and the missing item and we will investigate the matter further.
